- 4 oz. Kahlúa

Instructions
- Whip the Cream: In a pint-sized glass jar, combine the cold heavy cream and granulated sugar. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 3 minutes, or until the cream thickens enough to hold a soft peak. Alternatively, you can use a whisk or handheld mixer to beat the cream until soft peaks form.
- Prepare the Glasses: Fill two rocks glasses with ice cubes. Divide the dark rum and Kahlúa evenly between the glasses. Stir gently to combine the liquids over the ice.
- Add Whipped Cream and Garnish: Using a spoon, carefully divide the whipped cream between the two glasses, smoothing the cream into an even layer that covers the surface of each drink. Lightly dust the top of the cream with unsweetened cocoa powder. Finish by placing a halved ladyfinger cookie on the rim or atop each glass as a garnish.

- For best results, use cold heavy cream straight from the refrigerator to achieve proper whipping.
