Instructions

  1. Prepare the cereal: Place 5 cups of Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside to keep the cereal ready for coating without any crushing.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Melt the 10 oz of chocolate according to the package directions, typically using 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring well between each interval until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted.
  3. Coat the cereal: Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir to evenly coat every piece. Take care not to crush the cereal during mixing.
