Chocolate Coating
- 10 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
- 10 oz white vanilla melting wafers
Instructions
- Reserve Chocolate Wafers: Set aside ⅓ cup each of the white vanilla and dark chocolate melting wafers for later drizzling.
- Melt Dark Chocolate: Microwave the remaining dark chocolate wafers in a small bowl until smooth and fully melted.
- Dip Pretzels in Dark Chocolate: Dip two cups of mini pretzels one by one into the melted dark chocolate, tapping off any excess chocolate before placing them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Melt White Chocolate: Microwave and melt the remaining white vanilla wafers that were not reserved until smooth.
- Dip Pretzels in White Chocolate: Dip 1 ¾ cups of pretzels individually into the melted white chocolate, tapping off excess and placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate the coated pretzels until the chocolate hardens.
- Drizzle Dark Chocolate: Melt the reserved ⅓ cup of dark chocolate wafers and drizzle them artistically over the white chocolate coated pretzels.
- Drizzle White Chocolate: Melt the reserved ⅓ cup of white vanilla wafers and drizzle them over the dark chocolate coated pretzels.
- Final Chill: Return all pretzels to the fridge to allow the drizzles to harden completely before serving.
