Instructions
- Prepare the bread and toppings: Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of tahini evenly over one piece of sourdough bread (or your bread of choice). Next, layer 6 slices of banana on top of the tahini.
- Add honey and cinnamon: Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the banana slices, then sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon evenly across the top to add warmth and spice.
- Air fry the toast: Place the prepared bread in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (204°C) for 6 to 7 minutes until the bread is crispy and the toppings are warmed through.
- Optional toppings and serving: Remove the toast from the air fryer and, if desired, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of bee pollen and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly chopped mint for an added flavor and texture dimension. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, flavorful toast.
