Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, combine the pulled pork, shredded Swiss cheese, diced dill pickles, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
  2. Add Ham: Dice the deli ham into small pieces and add it to the filling bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly to ensure each egg roll will have a balanced flavor.
  3. Fill the Egg Rolls: Spoon approximately 3 to 4 tablespoons of the filling mixture onto each egg roll wrapper, placing it in the center for easy rolling.
  4. Roll the Egg Rolls: Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll it up tightly towards the top corner. Before the final roll, dip your finger in water and moisten the top corner of the wrapper to seal the egg roll securely. Repeat for all wrappers.
  5. Prepare for Air Frying: Lightly spritz each egg roll on all sides with oil spray to help them crisp up during cooking. Also, spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Arrange Egg Rolls: Place the egg rolls in a single, even layer inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between each for hot air circulation. If needed, cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
  7. Cook: Air fry the egg rolls at 390°F (199°C) for 7 minutes. Flip them halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
